Our aim

We build the site towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. It has not been independently certified, and we expect to find things that fall short.

Known limits

The journal is published in English and Arabic only.
Maps, third-party pages such as the Stripe payment page, and files that suppliers send us are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Some destination guides and photographs may lack the descriptive detail we would like.

Ask for help

If something on the site is hard to use, or you would like information in another form, write to us by email or WhatsApp and tell us what you tried. We will help you with your request directly and use what you tell us to fix the site.
