How this works
Flights
We search live airline inventory through Amadeus and ticket you with the carrier. The contract of carriage is theirs. The booking, the changes and the chasing are ours.
Hotels
Rooms come from our contracted bedbank rates. A few of those rates cannot be published under the terms we hold them on, so they are quoted on request instead of shown.
Dubai
The one place we sell our own ground arrangements. Airport transfers are fixed-price from our own fleet, and private programmes are arranged with a person rather than bought from a page.
We do not sell combined flight-and-hotel packages outside the Emirates. Selling one would make us responsible for ground arrangements we do not run and could not answer for at three in the morning — so we sell the flight, we sell the room, and in Dubai we sell what we operate ourselves.
