The terms, in plain words.

Who we are

NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ is a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2654499.01, Formation No. 2654499). NWP Trips is our brand for trips anywhere in the world. Our other brands (Experience Dubai, Dubai Transfers and nwp.ae for business customers) have their own terms.

A request is not a booking

Sending a request commits neither of us to anything. We answer with a quote, by email, that states the price, what it includes, the supplier terms that apply and how long it is valid. A booking exists only when you confirm the quote in writing, any payment it requires has been made, and we confirm it back with a reference.

Results marked “Sample” on the site are illustrations, not offers.

Our role

Each quote says whether we act as agent for the suppliers named in it, or as the organiser of a package, and the terms of that supplier or package apply. We do not own vehicles: transfers and chauffeur services are delivered by licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs that we engage.

Prices and payment

A quote states its price and its currency. Amounts shown elsewhere on the site in your own currency are approximate conversions, for reading only. A price is held only for the validity period stated on the quote: airlines and hotels change their prices until a booking is confirmed.

You pay by card, on the page of an accepted quote. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. The amount charged is the amount and currency stated on the quote, normally UAE dirhams (AED), and your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.

Pay in Parts, where it is offered, follows its own terms, which you see before you accept a plan.

Changes and cancellation

Changes, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Each booked item follows the terms of its supplier, which the quote states before you confirm. Any service fee of our own is stated on the quote.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and for the visa and health requirements of every country you travel through, and for checking the names and dates on every document we send you as soon as you receive it. Our visa service prepares and submits applications; the decision belongs to the issuing authority.

Travel insurance

We do not sell, arrange or refer travel insurance. Buy cover from a licensed insurer where you live before you travel.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• give false details, or make a request or booking in someone else's name without their permission;
• interfere with the site or try to gain access to parts of it or to its systems that are not meant for you;
• scrape or copy the site's content or prices by automated means, or resell them, without our written permission;
• use the site to send spam, malicious code or anything unlawful.

Our liability

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers where we act as their agent, for delays, strikes, weather or other events outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our own failure. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site's content

The destination guides and photographs are general information, checked before publication; places change, so confirm anything that matters to your trip before you rely on it. The site's text, design and code belong to us or to our licensors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one in force when you confirm it. The English version of this page prevails over any translation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
