Pay in Parts terms

The schedule

You pay the total in daily, weekly or monthly payments. The last payment falls 7 days before your departure date, and the payments run back from it: every day, every 7 days, or on the same day of each month (the last day of a shorter month).

Only whole payments count. The total is divided by the number of payments that fit before the last payment date; amounts are in whole fils and add up exactly to the total, with any remainder on the first payments. Weekly payments need at least 14 days before departure and monthly at least 38, and the first payment is always tomorrow or later.

Pay in Parts is for quotes of AED 1,000.00 or more.

Your card

You authorise NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ to save your card with its payment provider, Stripe, and to charge each payment automatically on its due date without asking you each time. You can replace the card at any time from your plan page.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, we email you straight away and try again at the next daily payment run. After a second failure, or if the amount is still unpaid at that run, we send a final warning. After a third failed payment run in a row, the plan is cancelled by default and your booking is released.

If the plan is cancelled

If the plan is cancelled by default, 100% of the amount you have paid is kept as an administrative fee and is not refunded.

When you travel

This is a pay-before-you-travel plan, not a loan: 0% interest, no credit checks or applications, and it never affects your credit score. You travel only once every payment has been made.

Your booking is made when you accept the quote. You travel once every payment has been made.

Currency

Payments are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Amounts shown in any other currency are for guidance only.
