How it works
Pay for a trip
You earn 1 point for every AED 1 you pay, once the booking is paid and completed. Your first paid trip adds 200 bonus points.
Watch them add up
Your balance, what is on its way and the full history are in your account. Points do not expire.
Take money off the next one
100 points take AED 10 off. Points can cover up to 50% of a booking, and you choose how many to use before you pay.
The rules
- Earning
- 1 point for every AED 1 paid. Points are earned on what you actually pay, after any points you spent, and arrive when the booking is paid and completed.
- First trip bonus
- 200 extra points on your first paid and completed booking.
- Reviews
- 50 points for a review of a completed booking, once per booking.
- Inviting friends
- 300 points when a friend you invite signs up and pays for their first trip.
- Spending
- 100 points = AED 10 off. Points are spent in blocks of 100.
- Limit
- Points can cover up to 50% of a booking; the rest is paid as usual.
- Expiry
- None. Points do not expire.
An example
A trip quoted at AED 4,000.00 earns 4,000 points once it is paid and completed. On a later trip, 2,000 of those points take AED 200.00 off.

When do my points arrive?
When a booking is both paid and completed, not before. Until then they show as on their way in your account.
Can I use points on a quote?
Yes, on a quote requested while you were signed in. You choose how many points to use on the quote page, and the total updates before you pay. Points work with card, bank transfer or pay later; Pay in Parts and USDC use the full total.
I asked for a quote before I had an account.
Sign in with an emailed code. Your earlier requests and bookings under that address are attached to your account, with their points.
Does this work on the other NWP sites?
Yes. One account and one balance work on NWP Travel, Experience Dubai and Dubai Transfers.
Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. Points take money off a booking; they cannot be withdrawn.
